Brenda Huelle

Brenda Huelle, GRI, is a dedicated REALTOR® at eXp Realty LLC, bringing valuable experience to clients in Maryland and DC since 2016. As a former middle school teacher, Brenda uses her teaching skills to guide clients through home transactions, ensuring their ease and confidence. She enjoys working with fix & flip and buy & hold investors, sellers, Military Relocation, and seniors looking for their next forever home. In 2022, she became the inaugural President of the Southern Maryland Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and was reelected in 2024. Actively involved in her local board, Brenda contributes to the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors as a DEI Committee and Community Relations Committee member. She is also a Women's Council of Realtors Southern Maryland Chapter member. Originally from Northern Virginia, Brenda and her wife found their home in Brandywine, MD, in 2010, delighting in local farmers' markets, exploring museums, and sharing a passion for football and travel. Their leisure time involves fostering dogs, enjoying game nights with friends, and embracing outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking in State Parks.
