While visiting Florida in 2011, I decided to look around at houses for sale, I was just browsing. I noticed a "For Sale" sign with a couple on it. I instantly felt compelled to call them to look at a few homes. It was Brenda that showed me properties for sale the next couple days. She was warm, funny, caring and professional. It felt like I had found a lifetime friend. A year later I called her from another state, letting her know I was being transferred to Sarasota .... in 8 days! She came through like a champ, helping me find a place to live. September of 2013, both Brenda and Craig worked on finding me a home to buy. They found me exactly what I had asked for.
Six years later I was headed to another state, and had to sell my home. I made a mistake by hiring a realtor that was a friend of a friend..... BAD MOVE. My home sat on the market for almost a year. I decided to do what I should've done in the first place, hire Brenda and Craig Wilson. Within no time at all, my house was sold.
I could go on and on about how kind and helpful they were. Our relationship started with a sign in a yard and now they feel like family.
My suggestion to anyone would be, if you want honesty, integrity, dependability, as well as the feeling of having a friend who always has your back.....look no further. They are the best realtors I've ever dealt with.

When we first moved to Bradenton FL, we found Brenda and Craig Wilson for agents willing to help us find the right house. Fifty-three showings later, we found the right house. We lived there for seven years and then decided to go full time RVing. We enlisted Brenda and Craig again to sell our house. They went above and beyond the role of real estate agents. Craig helped us with a couple of repairs. They gave us wonderful staging suggestions. They respond quickly to phone calls and texts. We absolutely loved them and consider them as our friends. Their service to their customers is outstanding! And we sold our house in six months during the height of the COVID crisis. We highly recommend them.
