Brendan is a one-of-a-kind realtor. I echo what other clients have said on this review page. Brendan has a kind heart, and it shows through in his work. He’s part saavy business owner and part caring friend. These dual qualities set Brendan apart from other realtors. You are not just a transaction to him. For Brendan, you are family, and he does everything in his power not to sever those family ties. I know all of this from personal experience as a teacher in the Bay Area, making it harder to achieve the dream of owning a single family home. After my husband and I told Brendan our long-term goals of achieving this dream, Brendan imparted a great deal of knowledge and did extensive research to find a systematic plan to reach this goal. I felt like he was a knowledgeable friend guiding me through this. For caring and attention to detail where it matters most, Brendan is the best. Thank you, Brendan!

I’ve never met someone more dedicated to their clients the way Brenden is and I don’t mean only in a business aspect either. Someone who truly cares about your needs.

Brenden went above and beyond to guiding me in the right direction I needed in order to buy a house and not just a house, a home. A place I will forever love. I had zero idea what to do, this was my first time and what a great experience it was to feel taken care in such an area I had no expertise with at all.

Professional, reliant and absolutely genuine. I’d recommend him for anything honestly.
