Brent Cole is a multi-generational native of San Diego with a tremendous enthusiasm for his hometown and its future development. Brent started his real estate career in 2004 working in new home sales in downtown San Diego, selling everything from modern loft communities to some of the largest luxury towers. He assisted many buyers in negotiating purchases for new condominiums during the market downturn and transitioned into the resale market in 2010, at the completion of the new construction phase. With over 20 years of experience, negotiating large numbers of real estate contracts has groomed Brent into an expert negotiator for his clients.
Having experienced life throughout the county and being able to share that insight helps to create a true perspective, which is unique in San Diego. Brent previously held the position of President of The East Village Resident’s Association for 2 years (2010-2011). Brent also served on the Executive Board for the ICON Community for over 5 years. This provides key insight and an overall understanding of how HOAs in high-rise communities are effectively run, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Construction Defect Litigation process and helping his clients navigate through this complex phase.
The Cole family migrated to Point Loma in 2014, where they are active in the community and have been active selling homes.
