Brent Hammonds is a phenomenally successful real estate professional, known for his expertise in the Phoenix Metro Area real estate market. He received his master’s degree from Arizona State University in 1996 and later obtained a State of Arizona Real Estate License in 2002. Brent began his real estate career by building a productive practice in the Phoenix Metro Area, where he became a multi-million-dollar producer and team leader. In 2007, he shifted his focus to the Phoenix Area Distressed Properties Market, specializing in Short Sales and Foreclosures. His expertise in this area earned him several local newspaper articles.
In 2009, Brent obtained his Broker's License and joined Solutions Real Estate. He was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors and consistently positioned himself as a top producer, earning recognition for sales volume and awards. Brent also had the opportunity to mentor new agents and manage a successful team covering the entire Valley with a group of strong, resolute buyer agents.
