I knew Ellen as a friend first, but used her to sell my home in 2012, and now know her as my real estate agent for life! Even though the market did not look promising for selling my home, my situation in life required it, and Ellen took on the challenge. My home sold in 6 days! Ellen knew how to take good pictures and post them on all types of media outlets to be seen. She was always proactive and took the initiative to follow-up with the other agents for feed-back, to keep things moving forward and to keep everyone on the same page. She has great insight and experience, and up-to-date knowledge of her industry. Ellen is very respectable, hard working and a blessing!

Ellen was great to work with. She's aggressive without being overbearing. We had a house on the market with her for 6 months. It was during the housing market slump, and the house didn't sell. However, she kept the house in mind and brought us buyer when we didn't even have the house listed. We ended up selling the house thanks to her. If you want a conscientious, hard working, aggressive realtor, choose Ellen. She's great!!!!

Ellen works! Ellen worked because she is knowledgable, she put our property on every possible outlet so it would be seen. Ellen worked very hard to keep me imformed thru emails and phone of what she was doing, showings and comments. Ellen worked with us to help us decide what we needed to do to sell but keeping in mind our budget and concerns. Ellen worked because she's not afraid to speak up and tell you what you need to hear but yet treating you with respect. The best agent I've ever worked with.

Ellen was great to work with! I was a first time homebuyer and she did an excilent job of expaining what needed to be done to purchase a house. After buying my house my heat pump for the whole house broke, as soon as Ellen found out this had happened she personaly contacted the waranty company and got them to replace the whole unit for me. I dont know of any other agents that would do that after they are done with the sale. In my opinion Ellen is one of the best there is in the real estate business and i will use her for all my real estate needs.

My husband and I were so pleased with Ellen's help throughout our home buying and selling experience. She was excellent at explaining things in terms that we would understand and giving advice when needed. Our closings had some gliches that were completely out of Ellen's control, but she worked tirelessly and patiently to ensure that we were taken care of in the best way.
