Brent has been a licensed Realtor since 1993. He achieved success early in his career. Being the youngest Realtor in Jefferson County, he consistently was in the top five of agents in number of transactions closed.
By 2001, Brent and a business partner opened their own real estate brokerage, Epperson/Munlin Real Estate (now Advantage Real Estate) in Nederland, Tx. In 2007, Brent sold his share of the business and moved to San Antonio, Tx, and married his bride, Rhonda.
Being new the SA area, and due to market conditions, Brent went to work for La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, where he was a consistent Top Producer, and was promoted to Store Manager in Corpus Christi in 2014. His store was one of the top stores in the United States in yearly sales increases.
In late 2019, Brent joined KM Premiere Real Estate to help boost sales in the Commercial Division on a part-time basis. It did not take long for him to realize his true passion is helping residential homeowners/buyers, property investors, and businesses succeed in their real estate transactions. In early 2020, Brent joined the brokerage full-time and has now been with the brokerage for over 3 years, achieving the title of Platinum Producer (highest award) in 2021 & 2022.
