Brenton Calhoun

I was born and raised in Green County, Kentucky, specifically in Allendale if you’re familiar with the area. Growing up I always loved helping out neighbors and working outside whether that be on farms or in landscaping. A home to me is family, shared stories and laughter on porches, in garages or barns. Being raised in a small town meant always seeing family at the grocery and running out of gas was never scary because nearly always a passerby would be a friend or relative.

I graduated high school in 2009 and ventured on to college to study Industrial Electricity. After graduating I worked as a Kentucky State Electrician for 10 years. After becoming tired of traveling and wanting to be closer to family, I took a position as an Electrical Engineer.

Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to be in a career where I could help others. I love my job as an engineer but want the additional role of meeting the needs of others. For two years, I coached multiple little league sports. I must say, these kids changed my life and perspective on most things. As a life-long learner, I then decided to take on the challenge of becoming a Realtor after a short chat with Renee in a coffee shop back in 2021.

When I’m not working, I love traveling with my beautiful fiancé, Jessie Harden. We love trying new foods, going to the gym, camping, and hiking. I also really enjoy deer hunting, but honestly anything outdoors is my cup of tea.
