About Bret

Bret has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. He attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a degree in Urban Design and Planning. Before joining the team, he spent eight years as an urban designer and land planner focusing on new communities and infill development. He then turned his focus to land conservation and management, assisting with the preservation of over 45,000 acres of undeveloped land in the Western North Carolina Mountains and Foothills.
