About Brett

Brett Brown has been working in Southwest Florida real estate since 1980 — and in many ways, he never had a choice. His father was a developer who built over 600 units in Bonita Springs, and Brett grew up learning construction, sales, and marketing from the ground up. That foundation shaped everything about how he works with clients today. Over a career spanning more than four decades, Brett has held a mortgage brokerage license, a Community Association Management license, and served as Director of Sales for a major Southwest Florida development — helping build and sell high-rises, condos, and townhouses across the region. He now works with buyers and sellers throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, bringing a depth of local knowledge that’s genuinely difficult to match. Clients consistently say the same things about Brett: he knows this market cold, he follows through after the sale, and he uses his extensive network of area Realtors to keep negotiations moving smoothly. He’s also one of the founders of the Real Estate AI Institute, where he trains fellow Realtors on how to put AI tools to practical use in their business. Brett holds the CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, and numerous other professional designations, and has been recognized as NABOR Realtor of the Year and inducted into the NABOR Hall of Fame.
