I specialize mainly in sales of mid to high end residential real estate but I also work with a network of investors that buy and sell distressed properties on a regular basis. With my background in luxury construction management and a keen eye for hidden profit potential, I enjoy teaching my clients how to improve a home increasing it's market value and in-turn, their overall net profit or equity.

I meet a lot of my new clients through residential leasing. Many people move from out of state or from abroad seeking a temporary place to reside while they figure out where they would like to buy or invest. I make suggestions to my clients based on their needs and goals and follow through with what I promise.

Real Estate is more than just a place to live. If you know what you are doing, it's an investment, it's a hedge fund against inflation, it's a tax break and for most of us it's one of life's most desired milestones.
