My name is Brett Woolley and I like to think of myself as your real estate coach, rather than the typical agent. My background is business with an MBA and 25 years corporate marketing experience, including many years in the real estate information industry. I've been a licensed REALTOR for over 12 years. I treat your real estate transaction like a business without all of the drama. The first step is establishing a true partnership with my clients. That means giving them access to ALL of the real estate data that I have, so we can work as a team. Next I provide coaching on how to look for homes using the official and live MLS system, because no one but the home buyer can truly pick their own home. But with a little guidance I can have anyone searching like a real professional. From there I represent my clients fully and completely and guide them through the entire process. I never at any time practice dual agency, which is attempting to represent both sides of a transaction.
