Bria is amazing to work with! As the sales rep for a builder, I see plenty of realtors come in who are doing their buyers more harm than good. Bria is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to make sure her buyers no what to expect as we build their home. Honestly, I wish every agent that brought us buyers was like Bria.

Bria is a consummate professional. I have worked with her on several transactions as her and her client's title processor and her attention to detail and due diligence are second to none. She communicates consistently, shares timely details, and really works on her clients' behalf. She makes her transactions go smoothly and painlessly, and really provides the information and support that's necessary to allow a real estate transaction to go off without a hitch. Lastly, her candor and disposition lets you know she is truly there for her clients professionally and personally. Highly recommended!

Most people say don’t mix business with family. I say if it’s genuinely family mix it. I have had the opportunity of having Bria and her family in my life for some years now (who’s counting lol). As a whole the love is unreal. Being able to buy my first home, going through the motions and being apart of the process without feeling left out is an entire top of the line experience in itself. For many homes to come for me and my growing family, business adventures and more I will continue to keep this genuine gold dipped in glitter of a professional woman with us every step of the way. Myself, AJ, Jeff and Jeff jr thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for always being just a phone call or text message away. From the start Bria was attentive and response to all my questions concerns and home search. I’ve had unpleasant experiences in the past with other realtors but Bria exceeded my expectations! From the consult to the pre approval, house search, things were easy going , but even when things became too stressful or were out of our control bria maintained her composure and professionalism! I enjoyed attending Bria’s first-time home buyer seminar and found a lot of the information shared provided so much value for me. I enjoyed the conversational session between her and Paul and how they walked through different topics related to the home buying process. After discussing each topic, she stopped to answer questions from those attending online and in-person—often times, those those answers helped provide more insight into pre-approval details, programs, loans, and more. The topics naturally flowed into the next and I left the seminar more informed about the home buying process in todays market. I couldn’t recommend this seminar more to anyone interested in starting their home buying journey.

The presentation was amazing Bria walker did a fantastic job with answering question that I and others at the 1st time home buyer’s seminar had she made you feel very comfortable with asking what ever you felt that you needed to know and took her time an answered all questions. What can I NOT say about the real estate experience I had with Bria. Bria is kind, knowledgeable and is always working in the best interest of her clientele. I worked with Bria for 8 months, and in those 8 months she assisted me in finding the best lending team that suited me, dealt with my picky taste choices and was kind, calm, cool and collected when doing so. She makes you feel seen and not just as another client in her book. Bria is a pleasure to work with and will get you in your home. Even when I doubted the process, she lifted me up with positive talk and kept the ball rolling. If you’re wondering if you should make the call to Bria, just do it.
