Brian is a great realtor to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He responds quickly and is always willing to answer any questions. He was very professional and thorough from start to close. Brian is a great realtor to work with and got me to my goal of having my first home. He responds quickly and shows up when you need him to that means a lot. He was there every step of the way for the entire process. Part of my process included a house appraising too low and getting out of contract within a couple weeks I found another house and was quickly in contract and now have closed. CRT Realtors was more than willing to work with a first-time home buyer as stressful as the process was in general CRT and Brian tried to relieve as much of that stress as they could. Brian is very well connected in the Columbus Community and has lived here for many years he is also very knowledgeable about many communities and development's. I ended up choosing Brian based on all of his many good reviews on a whim and I was not disappointed. after speaking with him I was impressed he's all about getting the deal closed and getting the best offer for his client's and being smart about the process. As busy as the market is right now brian will be on top of any issues you might have during the home buying process.
