What can I say about Brian other than persistent, determine, & goes above and beyond beyond. He is willing to put in the hard work till the end. No matter the circumstances or difficulty if your buying or selling a house, Brian is literally there with you each step.

Brian’s experience and years in the real estate business shows too. We asked Brian in the beginning of 2025 to help us sell our home. We thought this should be a simple turn around. As weeks turned into months Brian stood with us every step of the way and encouraged us too. Through simple strategic marketing to price reduction we were finally able to sell our house. It was a short sale but Brian was there every step making phone calls, negotiating with the lender, & even negotiated commission to ensure we made it across the finish line.

We have bought and sold 8 properties in the last 14 months. We have dealt with several realtors from both ends of the deal. Brian was excellent to work with. We are new to vacation rental property, and unfamiliar with all the codes/zoning restrictions in the Branson area. Brian spent a full day showing us the ropes, showing us his spread sheets, p&l statements on various properties, and driving us through several productive areas, explaining recurring hoa/POA costs, even furniture and bedding stores he recommended. To say we were pleased with Brian would be an understatement. We trust the man to have our best interests at heart. We live 3 hrs away from Branson, and found property, cleaning service and maintenance/repair firm, that exceeded our expectations, needs, and desires. AND at a price point that should easily cash flow. Can’t say enough good things about Brian and his team.

Brian Besser is the best. We moved to the Branson area from out of state, which creates so many logistical issues. He was quick, willing and happy to assist us any way we needed. He blocked out an entire weekend to help us find our perfect house. In this intense market he guided us to create the perfect offer. We were able to buy the first house we offered for.

He was on our side during some complicated possible setbacks. Brian problem solved and we were able to close on our house as scheduled.
We plan on calling Brian again for our next purchase. He really does sell Branson!
