Brian Callahan

Callahan joins RIPCO with more than eight years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa market, where he has advised a wide range of local, regional, and national clients. His work has included retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment and owner-user transactions across a variety of retail and service-oriented properties.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Callahan was a Senior Advisor at a Tampa-based commercial real estate firm where he completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Earlier in his career, he worked in surgical device sales, collaborating with neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons, where he developed the relationship-driven approach that continues to define his brokerage practice.
Callahan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. He is also active in the Tampa community and serves as the defensive line coach for the varsity football team at Jesuit High School, his alma mater.
