Brian Chica is a dedicated real estate professional with a diverse background in business, investigations, and real estate finance. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, he is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing him to effectively serve a broad range of clients.

Brian began his career in 2015 as a Private Investigator, working alongside major law firms throughout Philadelphia and the tri-state area. In 2018, he expanded his entrepreneurial path by launching his own investigation company, gaining valuable experience in negotiation, problem-solving, and client advocacy.

In 2020, Brian transitioned into the real estate finance sector, working with a prominent hard money lending firm in downtown Philadelphia. This experience sparked his passion for real estate and provided him with a strong understanding of investment strategies and property valuation.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Brian now focuses on helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing process with confidence.
