Brian is the absolute best agent around! As with anyone searching for a new home, the process is always stressful, but Brian made sure to make the experience as unstressful as possible. He was ALWAYS available by phone and text no matter the time of day or night and treated me like I was his only client (while I knew he was juggling many clients on the other end) you would NEVER think that was the case. His follow up and follow through with every aspect of the transaction was absolutely top notch and he truly cares about his clients and their satisfaction with all areas of the process. If I could give him a 10 star review I would!!!

I cannot find enough kind words to explain the experience with Brian. I have had some bad experiences with realtors so going into this I didn’t make his job easy. He rolled with it with a smile and has become a friend. Not to mention he sold the house in about a day. He explains things thoroughly and is the most attentive agent I have ever dealt with. When I buy another house he will be my first call. If your thinking about making the call, do it with confidence. Brian is superb at what he does.

As first time home sellers, my husband and I weren’t sure how to go about selling our home. Brian made the whole process super easy. He made sure we understood each step in the process beforehand and was always available for a question or concern. We were nervous about selling in this market but with Brian everything went smoothly. In addition to his professionalism, Brian makes you feel comfortable and like he has your best interest in

Update- About a month after selling our home, we found what we knew would be our forever home. From the time we put in our offer to the day we closed, Brian was with the us every step of the way. It took 3 1/2 months to find our home but in that time, Brian was available any time we wanted to see a house. Any questions we had were always answered. Early on in our search it was easy to see that Brian understood exactly what we wanted. When our towns of interest were slow Brian went above and beyond to show us houses in our budget and style in neighboring towns. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a house. Selling understandably supposed to be long, tedious, head-scratching process, not when you got help from agents like Kenny and Brian. Where they'll guide you step by step, and lead you the right direction, lots of choices/decisions to be made. Times you'll need input for your decision, they give the best ones with knowledge of the real estate and true feeling of the market at the time.

The Zerella|Christy team is very resourceful to accelerate your selling time by introducing different sources of buyers, which you'll enjoy a lot during the long process, with potential buys lighting up the hope time to time. On my case, we set up a proper price, was introduced one or two potential buys even before the listing, and sell went so smooth right after the open house.

I would believe their experience and professionalism will reflect in yours too if you see the difference there compare to others, not to bad mouth others more to highlight their exceptionalism.

I have to start by saying, choosing Brian to be our agent was the best decision we made!! As first time home buyers, my fiancé & I felt extremely overwhelmed and stressed starting this process. However, when we started working with Brian all of that changed! He was very responsive every single time we called him, whether it was to look at a house that came up or just to ask a question (being new to the process, believe me, we had lots of them!). Brian was so eager to help us not just find our home, but to educate us on the home buying process to make sure my fiancé and I were making decisions that were going to be the best ones for us. He played an enormous roll in allowing us to feel much less stressed and way more confident during our purchase process and on top of that, he lead us to our dream home!!
Safe to say, he will have our business for life. We are so beyond happy with the experience that Brian provided for us!

We had the pleasure working with Brian to sell our home. He provided excellent service from the beginning of the process to well after the closing. While selling a home can be a very stressful, Brian put us at ease and helped us remain calm and comfortable through it all. We felt very confident in partnering with Brian. Brian is very professional and did an in-depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. He marketed our home and set up showings within hours of our home going on the market.
