Brian Clodius

In 1981, his father’s company moved them from Illinois to Colorado just in time for the blizzard of 1982. Yes, Brian is a legit Coloradoan in his mind! While they experienced the everchanging CO over the past few decades, he was fortunate to take a front seat experience to the consistency of dedication with his clients and the success that came from it in his business for 40 years. It feels natural to take these experiences and work within while he grows his own company.

Fortunately, these experiences are ingrained in him and he's enjoyed sitting down with folks discussing their personal goals and how real estate can help achieve that purpose. Brian loves discussing the numbers and bringing his clients a level of comfort before moving forward. His experience in finance for 15 years, lending for 3 years and now real estate for the past decade allows him to have a fuller understanding of what is on the minds of his clients.
