About Brian

Brian Elrod is the Managing Principal at NAI Elrod Group in Athens, GA. With more than twenty years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Brian assists local and national companies in both the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

Brian holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, awarded to elite CRE professionals who complete 160 hours of coursework in advanced real estate finance and market analysis. He is a 2017 graduate of the JWL Leadership Academy at the CCIM Institute, a nine-month intensive program designed to grow and maximize leadership skills and potential. In addition, he served as the Sponsorship committee chair for the Georgia CCIM chapter (2018-2019).

Brian resides in Athens with his wife Kim and their children; William, Weston, Whitney, and Ward. In his downtime, Brian enjoys playing golf and basketball and attending his children’s sporting events. Brian and his family are active members of Prince Avenue Baptist Church, where Brian currently serves as a deacon.
