My fiancé and I had a very productive day apartment hunting with Brian! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and clearly invested in helping us find the right fit. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to any other renter/buyer coming to Northern Virginia. Brian was professional is his correspondences with local leasing offices / sales teams and served as our advocate, often asking clarifying questions on our behalf. He provided good instinct to help us determine where we were getting the most bang for our buck. At the end of the tour, he helped us recap the day and think through all the major factors from environment to commute to building amenities to cost. This was not expected, but highly appreciated! His local knowledge of the area was key in helping us decide on an apartment since we were not only concerned with the apartment itself, but also accessibility to parks/walking trails and the general "feel" of the area/neighborhood. Having Brian on our team was just the confidence boost we needed to evaluate our options and make a final decision. Brian stepped in to help us get back in touch with the building we ultimately decided on since we were having trouble contacting them. Can't thank Brian enough for his efforts. Any prospective apartment/home seeker would be lucky to work with him.

I successfully completed the purchase of a house in a 1031 exchange with Brian as my realtor, and I can't thank Brian enough for his knowledge of the real estate market in NoVA and his network of professionals that enabled me to efficiently complete this transaction!

Brian is thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, diligent, detail-oriented, and he was my advocate. There a lot of steps for a successful 1031 Exchange, and I am so thankful that Brian and his network provided the dedicated support that delivered a successful purchase!

Brian was very professional at all times. He stayed on top of all issues that arose and developed solutions to those issues to ensure that the sale would close. Brian also provided excellent advice regarding strategies for showing the property and for pricing based on detailed research. Brian kept me fully informed at all times. We met Brian at the end of October 2020, He walked us through getting our house ready for the market including giving us recommendations on contractors to help us with some repairs before putting the house on the market. He helped us figure out what our preferences were in homes we wanted for buy and showed us dozens and dozens of homes to narrow down what we wanted. He also helped connect us with a fantastic lender at prosperity mortgage, Raie Paxson. He gave a us good advice and always had our best interest at heart. He helped us sell our house in less than a week after listing it. He was always very responsive and happy to help. He also help us navigate tough losses when our offers got rejected and would fight hard for us. We finally found an off the market house and he bent over backwards to make the sale happen despite dealing with a rotten realtor on the sellers end. We highly recommend Brian as your next real estate agent. He is amazing!!!!!We have gained a friend through this process in Brian because he really took the time to get to know us as people and what we wanted in our next home.
