Brian is a graduate of the University of Illinois, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Accounting. With his knowledge of real estate finance and experience in the industry, Brian helps his clients make wise financial decisions concerning the properties they acquire. While beginning his career in real estate in 1997, Brian worked as a consultant for a real estate law firm. He has also worked 2 years for one of the "Big 4" accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Assurance and Business Advisory Services and has over 20 years of sales experience.
Brian has collaborated with some of Chicago's largest and most successful real estate developers and has worked on several small and large developments with "sell-out" volumes totaling over $300 million dollars. Working closely with these developers, Brian has gained extensive knowledge of "New Construction" and "Rehab" business. Partnered with @properties' industry-leading resources and network of contacts, Brian can successfully take any project from its earliest stages through the entire sales and marketing process.
