Brian Harter

Brian Harter is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Northwest Ohio and a passion for helping clients find not just the right house, but the right community to call home. Born and raised in Celina and a longtime resident of Wapakoneta, Brian brings more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, where he specialized in sales and customer relations.

Throughout his career, Brian developed a strong appreciation for customer service, communication, and understanding what truly makes a house feel like home. His extensive travels across Northwest Ohio gave him firsthand knowledge of the region’s unique communities and neighborhoods, allowing him to better guide clients through the home-buying journey with confidence and insight.

Brian has been married to his wife, Kim, for more than 32 years, and together they have two daughters and are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their first grandchild. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family, exploring local attractions, taking Jeep adventures, and relaxing with their English Bulldog, Annie.
