About Brian

Brian Hunt is a Real Estate Licensee and South Carolina Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Blythewood. He has been licensed since 1998 and in 2004 achieved Broker status with the SC LLR Real Estate Commission. In January of 2009 he was promoted to Broker In Charge of Hunt and Associates Real Estate Sales and Development and oversaw all business and real estate transactions. In 2013 he joined with Resource Realty Group to focus on specifically real estate sales and marketing. In 2017 he joined Coldwell Banker and hopes to expand his knowledge of marketing with a national real estate company.

Brian graduated from Francis Marion University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Mass Communications with a strong balance in the field Public Relations, Journalism, and Marketing. He went on to continue his education immediately upon graduation into the Real Estate field. He has focused heavily on lots, land, and acreage throughout the extended Midlands of Columbia. He is a life-long resident of the state of South Carolina. His experience as a veteran real estate professional has involved dealings of brokering hundreds of acres and luxury homes, to small parcels and manufactured home plots. Brian's view of real estate is that "I'm here to assist anyone that needs my help and to treat everyone equally. It doesn't matter if it is a million dollar home or a ten thousand-dollar lot. The importance of that purchase to the buyer usually remains constant...no matter how much money is involved."
