This was our first home purchase. Brian was very responsive on initial contact. Brian met with us and walked us through the entire buying process from start to finish. Brian was friendly, personable, and familiar with all the areas where we were looking. Brian was patient, helpful, and never pushy throughout the process (we looked at over 40 houses in four months) and was ready to move quickly when we finally found the right house for us. The offer, contract, and negotiation processes were protracted (we ended up making offers on four different houses and had two different contracts over a span of about a month) but went smoothly and were relatively stress-free thanks to Brian's experience and knowledge.
