We knew the market was tough but we found our dream home and didn't want to lose it. We called Brian who has worked with our family previously and he helped us navigate how to write a winning offer (which is tough to do with 10+ offers on every home!!). Even after we entered Escrow and issues arose he was always there to negotiate for us and in the end he got us a deal that we felt very comfortable with! Brian is knowledgable and passionate about his job. We can't imagine working with any other agent! Thank you Brian for all your help- we love our new house!!

My wife and I are brand new into the hole home buying experience. My wife was born and raised in Thailand, and has lived here in the USA for about 3 years. I was born in the USA, but raised in Mexico, so this hole experience is new and unknown to us both. However, Brian helped us in every step of the way, as well as ensured that he answered any questions that my wife and I had. We just bought our first home and we couldn't have done it without Brian.
He is extremely professional, reliable, and loyal. Throughout the entire process of looking at properties, Brian was truly on our team, advocating for our best interests and giving us wise, supportive guidance. Being new home owners, he was extremely patient with our many questions and concerns, and he spent many long days touring properties with us and talking things through as we figured out our options. We felt that he was on the same page with what we were looking for, and he gave us his full attention always (even when he went on vacation!). His intentions the entire time were clearly about what was best for us, even if we decided to stop looking.

I was looking to relocate to northern San Diego County from Orange County for my retirement and Brian was the selling agent on a house I wanted to view. While I did not purchase that home, I was so impressed with Brian's professionalism, knowledge, competency, and customer service, I enlisted him as my buying agent. Through the lengthy process of searching for my ideal home, Brian never wavered in his commitment to helping me in the process. He took the time and made tremendous efforts to understand exactly what I was looking for. Brian Mainardi was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional and took us under his wing along the entire process. He never stopped looking for homes even up until the last minute to make sure we had as many options as possible every time we traveled to view homes. He worked with our schedules and never left any question unanswered even in the off hours. Brian continued to go above and beyond with predicting reasonable numbers that never surprised us in the end. We felt very confident through every step of the process. Brian treated finding our home as if he was finding his own with the time and care he took through each and every property showing. Very informative. I learned that you could use your VA loan more than once, that it's better to buy when interest is higher vs. When house market value is way above selling price and that it's not limited to only one type of property. Brian was recommended to me from my son and daughter-in-law who purchased a house from him almost two years ago. This was our second time working with Brian since we had such an amazing experience with him in the past! This time we were selling our home, and right when we notified him of our plans, he had an open house prepped for two weeks later, and our home went into contract within 3 days. As always, he was quick to respond to our messages and calls, full of helpful tips and wisdom (since this was our first time selling), and trustworthy with our space since we were out of town for the open houses.
