I have purchased multiply properties and dealt with many different realtors and I am well aware of how stressful it can be to buy or sell a home, especially if you don’t have a realtor who is working hard for you every day. The first time I talked with Brian, I immediately felt comfortable talking with him and very confident with his knowledge of real estate, he handled every aspect in a very calm and professional manner. Brian proved to have an extensive knowledge of the Blacksburg/Christiansburg market and was willing to move mountains to find us the right home, even going as far as contacting every homeowner in a neighborhood we wanted to live in, to ask if they would sell their home…WOW!!!! I have never seen nor heard of a realtor going to those lengths to find someone a home. I give Brian a FIVE-STAR rating and will always recommend Brian to all my friends and family.
