Brian is a lifelong resident of the Upper Valley of New Hampshire with a deep passion for real estate. With over three decades of experience in the industry, he embarked on his real estate journey at the age of twenty-eight. Starting as a self-starter, Brian took ownership of Foodstop, a chain of retail food and video stores. Through his dedication and hard work, he successfully expanded the business to include 10 locations and employed over 150 individuals across multiple sites in New Hampshire and Vermont.
Throughout his entrepreneurial endeavors, Brian maintained an active involvement in the real estate sector. Even today, he continues to invest in both commercial and residential properties. In 2007, Brian made the decision to sell Foodstop, allowing him to shift his focus to a new venture. Alongside his son Spenser, he acquired Sunapee Vacation Rentals, solidifying his commitment to the real estate market.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Brian indulges in his love for fly fishing, often found on the water with his wife of thirty years, Brenda, and their sons. He also actively participates in competitive sporting clays. When he isn't pursuing these hobbies, Brian cherishes the moments spent with his siblings, their families, and his mother, all residing in the nearby Sunapee area.
