Brian was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2001, he moved to the Midwest to study city planning at Iowa State University. After receiving his bachelor's degree from ISU, he went on to receive his master's degree in real estate from Roosevelt University. Brian has seen several markets go up and down, but being a housing provider has always been something that he finds quite amazing. He knows that if you build a good relationship with your team, you can work together to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Prior to joining the 33 team, Brian has been working in multifamily investment sales for over a decade. Doing renovations and repairs on his own smaller portfolio has given him a unique perspective of the challenges of running an apartment building. As a property owner himself, he is well versed in the acquisition, construction, management, and lease up process of buildings. Brian is proud of being a Teresa and Hipolito Roldan Scholar at Roosevelt University, where he gained hands-on housing industry experience. Brian is excited to bring his wide range of multifamily experience to his role as a Senior Director at 33. He is looking forward to continuing to help his clients grow their portfolios. Outside of work, Brian is an avid sailor. He has repaired/renovated two sailboats, raced in the Mac Race, and sailed in the ocean!
One fun fact about Brian is that he played rugby for 25 years!
