Brian Mulvihill is truly the best out there. He is exceptional in his work and he really cares about his clients. I have used him to purchase two homes, and he always goes above and beyond. He was referred to me from a friend for the purchase of my first home. He was patient and really took the time to help me find the right home in the right price point and in the right location. Getting his clients into the right place is his top priority. He spent time to educate me on the ropes of purchasing and both times, it helped me so much words cannot explain. Since the purchase of my first home, I have gotten to know Brain. He is trustworthy, honest and one of the most ethical people I know. Brain has been a blessing to me and my family. When we started looking to sell our home we didn’t know who we wanted to go with. "We interviewed a few different realty companies and felt very comfortable with Brian. My wife and I worked with Brian to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends.) He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We listed our home and within 1 week we had an offer. Our For Sale sign hadn’t even been hammered into the ground and we were already planning the inspection. I know it was the MLS listing that gave us the exposure that we needed and helped us find the perfect buyer. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Brian made it as painless and straightforward as possible. He took us to multiple listing as we were a little picky on what we wanted. He was always happy to answer any questions we had. Once we found our house, he made us feel welcomed to the neighborhood. Since using Brian for the first time I have used him multiple times and I have sense referred him to my friends and family and every single person who meets Brian tells me that they wished they knew him sooner.
