Brian remained in close contact throughout the process. He engaged in significant legwork to ensure that my property sold, including open houses. When the 3D home tour was not to my satisfaction he contacted the photographer and did a re-shoot. I would recommend his services.

Brian was wonderful to work with. From selling/renting our home, to buying our new home, he always made sure he made himself available to help us in any way. He always went out of his way to make sure the process was easy as it could be for us. Communication was great as well. He is also incredibly patient! It took us a long time to find the home that we liked and wanted to buy, and he was positive and patient with us through the entire process.

We absolutely recommend Brian Murphy. He graciously stepped in during our initial realtor’s illness, knowing that he would not be eligible for a full commission. Nevertheless, he provided great attention and expertise in showing us properties, helping us craft an offer, and working with us through what ended up being extended negotiations. Not to mention, he’s a hell of a nice guy and the best city realtor we’ve ever worked with.

I wish I could give Brian Murphy a thousand stars! The decision to sell my beloved home of 19 years was a trying one for me, and came with a lot of questions, ambivalence, and stress. From my first visit with Brian until well beyond closing, Brian was and is still professional, resourceful, informative, responsive and supportive. When there were any typical changes or modifications to the plan I had in my head, Brian already had the resolution we needed to get to the next step, which really kept me at ease. When my exit strategy changed, Brian jumped in and swiftly found me my new home. What I thought was going to be a daunting task, ended up being a delightful transition.
My journey selling my home could not have been better than with Brian, and I couldn't have made a better choice for this big step in my life. Brian exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I were trying to look for multi-unit property. It was the first time for us and Brian had been super informative and patient from the very start. He spent countless days with us to find our property. There were a few complications along the process but Brian explained each step and communicated with us and the other members of the team to help us move things along in a timely manner. Whenever we had a concern or question, Brian was always available to listen and took out time to explain and ease our concerns. We are very grateful that we had Brian as our agent.

Brian made the home selling process much easier than it could have been. We complete a complex VA loan sale that as most folks know always have some hurtles come up. Brian took the extra steps to smooth out the process and get this sale closed! His extra effort made this sale happen!
