With over a decade of real estate experience, Brian Ngoy is veteran in the and is the team lead for the top team in Milano Realty for 3 years in a row and counting. He prides himself being heavily committed to multiple aspects of real estate. Over the years, Brian has become an expert on many aspects of real estate. He is a wealth of resource when it comes to collaborating with contractors, architects, developers, city planning and more. He has successfully flipped over 30 homes and is more than happy to share his experience with his clients.

Growing up, Brian has always liked to help people. He was in the Boy Scouts since he was 11 which is where he developed his core values. He earned his Eagle Scout award and eventually ran his whole troop by becoming one of the youngest Scout Masters in the district. With a background in the Boy Scouts of America and a degree in Business, Brian has built a solid foundation of clients through his commitment to service, professionalism and to always put his client's needs first.

The scout motto and scout slogan, "Be Prepared" and "Do A Good Turn Daily" has played an integral role in shaping who he is today.

In continuing his promise to help the community, Brian is a proud co-founder of the Facebook group SGV Eats. This group was dedicated in helping our local restaurants stay afloat amid the pandemic. He went door to door notifying each restaurant that a group was set up to provide them help. As a result, he helped to build an amazing online community with over 40,000 members and was featured on ABC 7, NPR, Food Beast, the World News and much more.

In his free time, Brian loves taking his dog Knox the fox on adventures. He is also an avid Lakers fan and loves to play basketball. He enjoys many other activities such as rock climbing, disc golfing, golfing, hiking, camping, sailing and more.

In 2019, He now owns multiple investment properties to generate cash flow.

In 2020, He is blessed to be in a position to still help his clients even though we are in a pandemic.

In 2025, He is on a mission to help his clients and team to achieve financial freedom through real estate.

Once financially free, Brian’s future goal is to one day build “The School of Life” where we will teach life lessons that he has learned throughout the years outside of public schools. The School of Life will prepare kids to be future leaders who are business savvy and to be overall good human beings.
