About Brian

Brian’s goal is to help his clients "make sense" of the real estate market. He finds that many people are intimidated by the numbers and finances involved, along with all of the unknowns that can be part of buying or selling a property, whether it is a primary residence, investment property or land tract. His experience in real estate, both professionally and personally, gives him the knowledge and background to represent your best interest as his client in any real estate transaction.


Through training provided by the National Commercial Real Estate Advisors (NCREA) Brian has worked diligently to earn his Commercial Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist designation. This gives him an advantage helping his clients to make the best decision financially when it comes to buying and selling real estate, or holding it long term for all of its benefits. Brian can help you analyze a property's potential Return on Investment (ROI), your current Return on Equity (ROE) for a property you already own, strategies to invest vertically versus horizontally, and 1031 Exchanges.


Brian also has the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when buying, selling or refinancing their primary residence or investment property. By earning the SRES® designation Brian is prepared to approach clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. Brian would be honored to serve you and your family in whatever capacity he can.


Brian started out his career working in Environmental Land Use Planning and eventually made his way into full-time ministry. His passion for working with people led him to a career outside of the walls of the church, to help people with one of the most important investments of their lives, their real estate. At some point along the way Brian became personally involved in real estate investing. He brings over a decade of property management experience to the table and he has successfully bought, rehabbed, rented and sold investment properties during that time.


As a resident of Florence, Brian enjoys being engaged with his community, alongside his wife and two sons. They are actively involved in their local church, and Brian is a team manager with Florence Soccer Association for his son’s U13 Travel soccer team. Brian’s wife, Francesca, is a kindergarten teacher at Dewey L. Carter Elementary School.
