Brian’s passion for real estate began with admiration that he had for his grandfather, an owner of commercial real estate and a landlord. Upon reading Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” at the age of 19, Brian was undeniably hooked on real estate entrepreneurship. He purchased his first investment property at 21 years old, and he is now involved in land development projects, vacation rentals, and real estate syndication opportunities.
