Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Brian Seitz has made his home in the Lowcountry since 1996. He holds an Engineering degree (Miami University) and an MBA (The Citadel) and brings a strong Sales and Marketing approach to his real estate business. Since obtaining his real estate license in 2004, Brian has been one of the top agents in the Mount Pleasant office and in 2007 was awarded the "Top Selling Agent by Volume" award for the Charleston Region. In 2017, Brian was one of only 5 agents in the Charleston Market to receive the prestigious "International President's Circle" award. He was also recently named to the 2018 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals.

Brian is married to local Charleston Author Nicole Seitz and they have 2 children who both attend Clemson University.
