My experience with Brian was by far, the best experience I have had buying a home. He spent the time to learn our preferences, and helped guide us before we even fully knew what we wanted. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped us to navigate an extremely cutthroat market with absolute mastery.

When we first started working with Brian, we had an extremely broad set of criteria for the home we wanted. He helped us to figure out what we wanted by showing us properties that spanned all the extremes of our budget, location, and size requirements, and then observing our reaction during the tours. He helped us narrow our search and ultimately focus down on what we really wanted before ultimately finding us the house we would ultimately purchase. Finally, he leveraged his nearly two decades of experience in this market to help us write an offer on our home that beat out half a dozen other bids.

We never felt pressured to stretch above our budget, never felt like a bourdon when requesting tours, and despite Brian juggling multiple clients at once, we felt like we had Brian's full attention. We fully intend to come back to him when we decide to move on in the future!

I would, without hesitation, recommend Brian to everyone I know.

Brian takes the time to get to know his clients and pays attention to the details that make finding the right home easier. He is also connects you to the best resources for lenders, insurance and other quotes/projects once you find the home you want to make the process as smooth as it can be!

Brian made buying a home very straightforward. He always took the time to explain the process and did an excellent job of narrowing down places to look at. Once a home was selected, Brian's considerable expertise continued to add value to every step of the inspection / purchasing process. He's an absolute pleasure to work with and I fully recommend him.
