Brian is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Hanna Commercial Real Estate. Since 2012, he operated as Vice president and Principle Project Manager for L. Sipperly & Associates, PLLC - a private Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in Latham, NY which provides professional services specializing in all aspects of land development. Mr. Sipperly is presently the co-owner of Verity Engineering and Planning, D.P.C., a Civil Engineering consultancy firm located in Troy, NY. Verity Engineering and Planning offers Civil Engineering services focusing on land development and permitting for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and residential subdivision projects.

Mr. Sipperly’s background executing large development projects makes him a well-suited partner with corporate clients and individuals seeking expert advice on siting and executing critical real estate transactions. His background provides him with the knowledge and experience to offer excellent service backed by managing real-world projects from conception through certificate of occupancy. He has intimate knowledge with all aspects of land development, the complexities of permitting and regulations, fosters great working relationships with many municipal planning and engineering agencies, state and federal agencies, and has skill in the integration of required multi-disciplines to get projects approved. He specializes in assisting owners and tenants with site selection, leasing activity, property sales, acquisitions and investments for Commercial and Industrial transactions.

Mr. Sipperly was born and raised in the Capital Region where he went on to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He currently resides in Guilderland with his wife Taryn and their two children.
