When you are getting ready to make an investment as big as buying a house, you need someone extremely experienced, calm under pressure and hard working. Brian checks all of those boxes and then some.
Brian helped our family move from Owings Mills to Ellicott City during a very competitive market and did so with ease! From the first meeting where he listened intently and developed a game plan, to listing our house and getting it under contract in less that 4 days with an over ask offer, to being patient as we looked at many houses, to ultimately making sure we got the house we wanted by ensuring the first offer we made was accepted! This high level professionalism didn’t end at the settlement table, as he ensured we had everything we needed during our rent back until we moved. Did I mention he was always available to answer questions? Literally, day or night!

Brian also has a portfolio of best in class vendors that he can recommend from a great photographer, moving company and a mortgage lender who is truly an SME in the industry and made our financing a breeze and extremely straightforward.

Buying a house can be a very stressful and all consuming endeavor, but working with Brian allowed me to navigate the chaos effectively and efficiently. We are grateful that because of his efforts we will be able to send our son to the school we wanted this fall.

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am that Brian was referred to me. He was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable during a difficult and overwhelming process.
