First 4 weeks: Full marketing exposure at 6% total commission, split evenly between listing and buyer agents
Weeks 5–8: Reduced to 5% total commission, while still maintaining strong buyer agent incentives
After 8 weeks: 5% total commission, with 2% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer’s agent to further incentivize showings and offers
