Brian Walsh entered the real estate industry to build relationships with business professionals and community members. He is experienced and knowledgeable in many aspects of commercial real estate including property management, finances, and tenant relations. As a result, he is well-equipped for handling clients’ needs and concerns as they relate to the sale, lease, and development process. Because of his roles as a property manager and executive director, Brian has developed an eye for catering to the requirements of religious and non-profit organizations.

During his career, Brian has demonstrated vast expertise in Central New Jersey markets including East Brunswick, South Brunswick, New Brunswick, and North Brunswick. In addition, his extensive travels to 30+ countries serve as an asset when building relationships with clients of various cultures and backgrounds. Brian’s main objective is to make the entire process from listing to closing as smooth as possible regardless of challenges that may arise.
