I didn’t get into real estate because I couldn’t do anything else — I chose it. The same way I chose to spend 26 years driving a Coca-Cola route, showing up at 4 AM every day, earning my Class A CDL with every endorsement, and putting down roots in the Antelope Valley. That blue-collar work ethic is the foundation of how I represent every client.
I’ve been licensed since 2006 and I live in Littlerock. I’ve helped buyers and sellers across Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Acton, Rosamond, and everywhere in between. I know which streets flood when it rains, which neighborhoods have the best schools, and which “great deals” online are actually money pits. My job is to give you the truth — not a sales pitch.

I don’t inflate CMAs to win listings.
I don’t disappear after closing.

Decades of physical work taught me discipline, consistency, and respect for people’s time and money. That’s what I bring to real estate. I’m also a proud Teamsters member and someone who grew up around the entertainment industry — my father’s career took him from the LAPD to Hollywood sets. That background taught me how to communicate, how to listen, and how to treat people right.
