I have known Brian for the past five years through work and developed a friendship outside of work over the course of that time. Once he became a real estate agent he immediately asked me to let him represent my wife and I when we were ready to sell our house. I tried going with a different agent at first and had a less than enjoyable experience. Almost in a panic, I asked Brian to come over to the house and give us a second opinion. He was infectiously positive throughout the entire process and consistently reminded us that ultimately decisions were ours, while at the same time providing sound advice regarding pricing, repairs, quality of offer(s), etc. I strongly recommend Brian Welk to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Canton/Massillon area not because he is my friend, but because he brings the knowledge and professional wisdom that is lets him to successfully assist people like my wife and I navigate the journey we needed to complete. Brian Welk is a great realtor. He went above and beyond to help me find my home. We drove to different cities all over Ohio and probably looked at over 30 homes, until I found the right one. He helped me find what I was looking for ( a 4 car garage) which is not the easiest to find. I also closed while I was out of the country and working with Welk made it easy for me to be a home owner!
