Brian is not only knowledgeable but professional. During a home inspection he noticed a couple of things the inspector missed. He took all time we needed to find the target property and followed up on all the questions we had and information that was needed to complete the deal. His sense of humor and patience went a long way to ease the process.:)

Working with Brian to sell my property was a pleasure! To start, he produced a stellar 3D video, in addition to photos, of the property. Brian worked with the HOA association, which wasn’t always easy, to get the necessary documents. He was always available, whenever any issue arose. I have nothing but great things to say about working with Brian Wotton. Brian was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and accessible. Brian helped us show our townhouse with a Matterport scan that really made it pop. And he did everything he needed to do to make sure that the home we were buying was ready and in good order for us to move in. I cannot thank Brian enough for all of his efforts, and ultimately it was invaluable to know that we had a guy like Brian by our side every step of the way.

I just recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Wotton on a fairly complex real estate transaction. My clients, who live on the South Shore, were in the process of selling an investment property near Central Massachusetts and Brian was our "boots on the ground," if you will. Brian performed above and beyond and was instrumental in the successful conclusion of this particular transaction. He kept all parties in the loop and made sure all pertinent information was obtained and provided to all parties involved. As a fellow Realtor, this review was written because Brian was instrumental in getting a transaction to completion. His willingness to understand the issue and work with me towards a resolution was refreshing! I was working with the buyer and Brian was the listing agent. The transaction was a condo that had some complications that neither of us could have anticipated. Brian was tenacious is getting the information needed and being a liaison between Trustee, Insurance Company and lender and myself. Between the two of us, we were able to overcome the obstacles and get the sale to completion. Brian was a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Brian on selling my old home and buying a new one. It took about 4 months from the time I listed my old home to the time I closed on my new place and it was not without its challenges. Brian was able to keep me focused through the sales process and make sure I was well informed the entire time. When it came time to find a new house he was very patient and he took the time to make sure I found the right home for me and my family. I would highly recommend him.
