I have bought and sold 5 homes over the past ten years and BY FAR this was the easiest, most hassle free sell I’ve ever had. I dealt with next to nothing??!! Brian stuck with us during our extremely long and tiresome house search! We were only available on weekends most of the time and he never hesitated to get us appointments and get us to see homes to fit our convenience. We trusted him with our decisions, he always had our best interest at heart. Brian is a genuine guy who knows his stuff and wanted us to get a good value during this crazy market, and we finally did! Brian went above and beyond as our Realitor. Brian is easy to talk to and everyone loves him.  He is extremely hard working and really knows the real estate market.  Brian has a great team of professionals that helped us get the home ready for sale. But he is also extremely handy himself and was able to fix a few things (free of cost) and you would have thought he hired a professional. He even surprised us and power washed our front and backyard and it was amazing what a difference that made on our home.  You can’t go wrong hiring Brian he’s awesome.

Brian Zufelt has been the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, personal, kind, funny, but most of all he got the job done and he got it perfect. I never had to wonder where in the process we were or if something was going to happen. When the house recorded and I got my keys he didn't take the money and run. He made sure I was happy and that things were going good. I would say he treated my like a sister, but honestly my brothers aren't as thoughtful!

When I first signed on to work with Brian he said that nobody is going to work harder than him to get the sale. He showed that to me time and time again. I even found him late one night fixing a sink at our house. Brian was very professional and walked us through every step of the way. He even told us stuff we did not want to hear, but that we needed to hear to make sure we were able to sell our house. His recommendations came with opposition from me, but in the end I accepted his recommendations and we were able to sell our home for top dollar. I recommend Brian and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Placer County area. He is a solid dude and will literally do whatever he can to make sure the sale goes through.

Where to begin! Not only is Brian amazing and extremely knowledgeable at his job as a real estate agent, he’s got a heart of gold!
