As a new home buyer coming in from out of state, my wife and I didn’t have a clue about the home buying process or even what the area looked like. We happened to find Brianna online and were quickly won over by how attentive, driven, and intelligent she was. Over the course of two months she aggressively searched for exactly what we were looking for and would frequently send us suggestions of things that might fall within our interests, which wasn’t easy considering the many things our family needed to be comfortable. After finding the perfect house, Brianna’s aggressive and clever maneuvering won it for us, even after 8 offers were already submitted, and the sellers were close to choosing an offer.

My wife and I could not have been more happy with our realtor Brianna. In our opinion she is the absolute best in her trade, and I know she will take the time to help you find your dream house.

We were struggling to find a rental home for weeks, from across the country, with no success. And then thankfully, we found Brianna. From the day we contacted her, she jumped in to help us find a place we would love for the next year. With her knowledge and experience she was able to help us narrow down a location that should work perfectly! She found us a place that met our needs within days. With Bri involved, the entire process from searching and signing a lease was completed in about a week! She was up front, honest, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. We are already planning to work with her again as our realtor when we buy our next home.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the help of our wonderful realtor Brianna Applegate. Brianna made the experience so easy for us by putting in the extra time to figure out what our needs and wants were and diligently finding properties that would meet those needs. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns from fear of the big step of purchasing a home and she was always available and willing to answer any and all questions we had to make the process go smoothly for us. She was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. During the negotiation process she went to bat for us with the seller and proved to us that she truly cares for her clients and their families. We would highly recommend Brianna to anyone in the market for a home purchase or selling their home and have already referred a few friends to her. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better sales experience.

We were on a time crunch searching for what would be the perfect rental for our large family. We came across a home we loved. Brianna was the landlords agent, I sent an inquiry. She responded almost immediately and we went to work to get it set up to see the home. From the day we saw the home to the day we signed our lease was 3 days! She was quick, professional while being personable. She was up front and honest and responsive through the process. She was just as happy for us as we were when we meet to get the keys! There's not enough time in the universe to say all the things I'd like to about Brianna! We've been through the buying and selling process a few times. This was by far the EASIEST, FASTEST, least complicated process we have ever been through. At no time did we feel in the dark, nor did we ever feel like we had to really try to reach Brianna. She was always available, even at the worst times of day, to make sure everything was as it should be. She made us feel like her only clients - like true VIPs. She also told us what to expect every step of the way. We actually thought we had found the home, decided we were ready to submit an offer, and after sleeping on it, realized it wasn't the one. Even though they had already done all of the paperwork and worked hours on getting a contract together, Brianna and her team did not complain or get upset once that we had changed our mind. Previously, we've had realtors get very upset when we have gotten cold feet - but Brianna insisted that we find the home that made US comfortable. She never made the process about how it affected her - only how it affected us. That made finding our actual home so much more sweet when we did. Even then, the process continued smoothly and Brianna was with us every step of the way. Do yourself a favor if you're buying a home - CALL BRIANNA! It'll be the easiest and best decision you make the whole process!

I was a first time home buyer and I can honestly say that I would not have felt comfortable working with anyone else but Brianna. Brianna is extremely knowledgeable and will help you figure out what you want in a house regardless if you know it yourself. I went into buying without any idea of what kind of property I was looking for she helped me quickly narrow it down after I had picked out some duds. She even looked at properties for me when I was unable to do so.
I went into buying a home with only a month's time due to a military transfer. She managed to make that happen and I don't feel as though I settled on a place just because of the time crunch either. Her enthusiasm for what she does is infectious and will make what can be an otherwise stressful time into an enjoyable experience.
Do yourself a favor and work with Brianna even if just playing around with the idea of owning a home. I know I did and now I own a place of my own to call home.

Brie is AMAZING! We had a rather complicated transaction including a failed septic and well along with an as is sale. Brie stuck with us the whole way. Always answered the phone when we called and she communicated very well throughout the transaction. Any time she didn’t know an answer she consulted with her team and fellow counterparts to get me an answer ASAP! I would recommend her to anyone! She is amazing both as an agent and as a person. Brianna is everything you would want in a realtor, and MORE! We told her what we were hoping to find, in our budget. She exceeded our expectations! Brianna was able to get the cost negotiated down to something we could afford as well as additional things such as appliance upgrades. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you have children because she understands what really matters to parents (price, schools. neighborhood).
