About Bridgett

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Bridgett Byzewski currently resides in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. She started her career in real estate in 1995, after graduating from the Ohio State University with a degree in marketing. She initially worked for a small family-owned brokerage in Bexley, Ohio (a Columbus suburb). The brokerage was looking to grow its business, and it provided the perfect outlet for Bridgett to apply her passion for sales and marketing. With her marketing efforts, along with the collaboration of the office team, local businesses and the community, the company was able to develop its brand and reputation, while growing its market share.

After several years with the small local brokerage, Bridgett joined a leading global broker. She was given the opportunity to move to an office in New Albany, Ohio, a then underdeveloped area that promised growth potential and offered her a challenging opportunity. She worked closely with a new-home developer selling new construction homes, where she learned the skill of functional home design and supporting customers through the home construction process.

In 2001 Bridgett and her family left the Buckeye State to move to Connecticut. After a few years away, they returned to Columbus. Upon return, she decided that would be the opportune time to gain experience in other fields. She then earned leadership roles in logistics, sales management, and operations management over the next several years. Due to a variety of business opportunities for she and her husband, she was able to spend time raising a family while living in Texas and then Pennsylvania before landing in Florida in 2013. At that time, she would once again go back to her passion of helping people with their real estate needs.

Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need a professional that understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game. Bridgett has earned the designations of Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). She is committed to providing quality service to her customers through hard work, effective communication, attention to detail and by keeping customers' needs top of mind.

Outside of real estate, she is a volunteer at the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in the orthopedics unit and is a member of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center auxiliary board. She is actively involved in the community and is on the planning committee for the annual Jingle 5K Run in Lakewood Ranch. She also enjoys participating in school functions, is a soccer mom and enjoys interior and landscape design.
