Brigitte Adams was extremely professional and very helpful for us as first-time home buyers. She supported us as we were looking for a house in a tumultuous market since early 2020, and she persisted in guiding and helping us after nearly two-and-a-half years of searching.

Brigitte was always available via text or a phone call, and always answered any inquiries we had, no matter how insignificant they may have been. Moreover, she was willing to drive across town any day of the week on a moment's notice to show us listings that had caught our eye. This was incredibly helpful in a market where listings were coming and going at unprecedented rates.

Brigitte went out of her way to facilitate speedy and effective coordination between all pertinent parties in the escrow process. We would not have made the 30-day closing window if not for her. She brought the entire team together with a wholistic approach; at times she was like a machine when it came to getting all the taskers done.

We could not have asked for a better agent to walk us through the process - from our first open house viewing, to closing.

Brigitte did an excellent job selling my condo. She communicated often and effectively, understood the market, and was proactive and attentive. I’m skeptical of real estate agents and their incentives in general, but Brigitte proved trustworthy and I never doubted whether she had my best interests in mind. I’ll definitely be working with her again.

I worked with Brigitte on selling my loft condo in the Hillcrest neighborhood. She priced it perfectly and was hands on throughout the process always helping me understand the next steps. Had a bidding war as soon as it was posted and she was amazing helping me work through all the pros/cons of each offer. At close we had a buyer back out the day of but Brigitte did not lose a beat...she posted it again the next day and we got an all cash offer. I could not have handled the roller coaster of selling a home without the professionalism of Brigitte with Coldwell Banker West. She came highly recommended to me by a work colleague and the high praise was justified. If you are selling or buying call Brigitte she will advocate for you every step of the way!
