Brim got her start in sales when she spent a few years after college in the Insurance Industry as a top producer with NC Farm Bureau. A graduate of the College of Charleston in SC, she obtained degrees in both Business and the Arts. She focused on Marketing and Advertising, both of which are essential assets in her Real Estate career. She followed her mother’s footsteps when she began her Real Estate studies 12 years ago. After joining Resort Realty she set her sights on her Broker’s License, to help distinguish herself and better serve her clients. Brim is committed to becoming a top producer on the Outer Banks, and is well on her way with her sales along Nags Head's Historic Beach Cottage Row. She has found her niche as the local 'Historic Connection to Outer Banks Real Estate'. While she specializes in Nags Head and Roanoke Island, she has achieved successful sales all over our Banks, from Hatteras Island to Southern Shores, Corolla, and everywhere in between. Her specialization in our historic oceanfront comes from her family ties and connections to these homes which sets her apart from other agents.
