About Britni

After graduating from Texas A&M in 2016, Britni acquired her real estate license and worked in College Station, TX until 2017. Life brought her to Surfside Beach, TX in January 2018, and she never looked back. She reactivated her license and began working with Suzan Zachariah to learn about the real estate on this wonderful little island. She acquired her broker license and founded Gulf Coast Realty, a full-service brokerage, in 2022. She continues to serve Surfside Beach and surrounding coastal areas.
