We hired Britt late last year to represent us in selling three homes in the Watsonville area as part of a family member’s estate that was in probate. From the very first conversation, Britt put us at ease and all our previous fears about trying to sell these properties from afar (we no longer live in the Santa Cruz area) were diminished. Right from the start, we felt confident we had the best realtor we could have hoped for. And not only is she a real estate agent, Britt is also a lawyer and provided us excellent advice that pertained to our situation.

Britt knows the area’s market very well and was spot on with her initial assessment of what we might expect to sell the homes for. Despite being in probate, everything moved very fast under her guidance and she was very responsive to all of our questions. Knowing we were not close by, Britt absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of so we would not have to worry or travel for all the things that tend to pop up when selling property. On our behalf, she coordinated every single thing that had to be done, from hauling junk away to coordinating an auction for all of the estate’s personal property assets.

After working with Britt over the past seven months, we jokingly said we needed to sell another home just so we could continue to work with her :) She is personable, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be reaching out to her again when we are ready to move back to the area!

Our son is a student a UCSC and when he was a freshman, my husband and I contemplated buying a vacation home in Santa Cruz. I contacted few agents and no one could accommodate me on such short notice. Britt did make herself available immediately and made it possible for me to see all the homes I had interest in. I met Britt Haselton briefly as I only had couple of days to look at real estate. Britt left me with such an amazing impression. She immediately worked on finding us our dream vacation home. She worked so hard with such an amazing attitude, professionalism and honesty. Britt understood what we were looking for and made a schedule and route that could not have been more perfect for us. She worked long days to accommodate our schedule all with a smile and professionalism. She found the best house for us and at an amazing price. Not easy to do in today ‘s market with such a low inventory and high demand.
Next, Britt put us in contact with a great contractor and the remodel was done properly. Britt also put us in contact with an amazing cleaning lady and arranged access so the house would be clean before our arrival. Britt went beyond her work description to help us because of her work ethics and kindness. We are so looking forward to moving in next weekend. Many thanks to Britt for making all of this possible. Britt will be the only real estate agent we will contact if we were to sell our home or buy a new home. My husband and I consider Britt a friend of our family.
I would most definitely recommend Britt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Britt is very knowledgeable of the area I was looking. She is extremely responsive and cognizant of my time. She made very good suggestions and never made me feel pressured. She answered all my questions and even weeks after closing, made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend Britt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
